Hi Dean - this is a note to let you know how happy I am with the beautiful Vienna regulator I purchased from you recently.  You did a wonderful job of presenting all aspects of the clock in your ad and I appreciate your honesty.  I look forward to doing business with you again.

Best regards,
Donna

Dean:
...
So I'm with you Dean. I love the clock - it is beautiful, I have never seen one more beautiful and it is the work of a master.
...
Dean - I'm with you. I have a great clock. I did not pay a Marenzeller premium, like that M clock and I'm dam well happy with it.
...
Phil Rasch, who wrote the well researched/respected NAWCC article on VR's, examined the photos etc. and thinks my clock is outstanding, one of great workmanship - worthy of Marenzeller.

Thanx,
Tom

I have bought 5 clocks from Dean over the past two years and have found him to be the best source for European clocks. Not only is he honest and caring he has the best clocks. And his quality pictures are great.  He represents the condition with good judgment and a keen eye for detail.

"I was so happy with my first clock purchase from Dean in January of 2002, that I bought another one from him a short time later!  These were my very first Vienna regulators, and he was very informative, patient, honest, trustworthy, and thoughtful with regards to advice, their care/maintenance, etc.  His clocks are absolutely beautiful!  I am sure that I will buy at least one or two more from him in the next few years.  He's a SIX stars out of five in my clock book!

Also - the company that packages and ships Dean's clocks are the best as well.  Both of my clocks arrived in perfect condition!"

 All the best!
